Working at KLEINSTEIN

At KLEINSTEIN, we do not see sales, product planning, writing, research, photography, exhibitions and customer service as entirely separate kinds of work.

We are a small company, so each person works across several areas. We are not looking for people who only handle assigned tasks. We look for people who identify what needs to be done, think for themselves and act.

Professional experience is required. However, we place as much importance on what interests you and how you think as we do on what you have done.

Application materials at the time of listing

A resume alone does not tell us what a person notices or how they think. In addition to standard application documents, we ask several questions.

• CV (any format, provided it includes all the information normally expected in a standard CV.)
• A recent full-length photograph that shows your personality, or the URL of an Instagram post that does so.
• Reason for applying. Maximum 60 words, strictly enforced.
• About BIÉDE and NOVESTA.
• Instagram, X or other social media accounts. Required.
• One favorite book and why you like it. Maximum 60 words, strictly enforced.
• A favorite fashion brand and product other than BIÉDE and NOVESTA and why you like them. Maximum 60 words, strictly enforced.
• One recent event that made you happy and one that made you angry. Describe each event and your reason in a maximum of 60 words, strictly enforced.

We gave greater weight to applications written in the applicant’s own words, even when brief, than to those that merely followed the correct format. KLEINSTEIN contacted only those we wished to interview.
