KLEINSTEIN is a design consulting office based in Tokyo, Japan. Founded by YUSUKE KOISHI in 2014, the studio covered a wide range of projects, such as special project planning especially focused on fashion, product development, editorial work, art direction, collaboration management, and consulting for strategy and Japan entry. The perspective of our studio is based on a strong interest in making something non-trivial. To pursue the real and original meaning of fashion itself, modality of human behavior in our society, something that changes the modality and dynamics of our life.

Prior to KLEINSTEIN, he was a former lead planner of COMME des GARÇONS where he worked for wide-ranged projects, not only product development but also collaboration projects, space installation planning, art direction research, including DOVER STREET MARKET NEW YORK project.
In 2014, he founded NOAVENUE, which is one of the first crowd-sourcing platforms, VC inspired new investment system for the fashion industry. Since January 2016, NOAVENUE changed its form as a team for incubation of creatives. Originally he used to major engineering and chemical physics at the University of Tokyo, studied the dynamical structure of chemical chaos. He has been interested in fashion as a trinity mixture of religiousness, artistry, and commercialism.
Prior to KLEINSTEIN, she worked as an editor for a publishing company and an art museum in Tokyo. She has been interested in Art, Music, and Media Archaeology.
